Absolutely blown away by the work from Fetzner Collision on my 2025 Tacoma TRD Sport. I came out of Wegmans to find that someone had sideswiped the entire front right side of my brand new truck while it was parked. As someone who takes a ton of pride in their vehicles, I was honestly sick over it — especially with the truck only having around 3,500 miles on it. From the second I brought it to Fetzner, the entire team treated me like family. Everyone in the office was incredibly informative, professional, transparent, and genuinely cared about making the process as stress-free as possible. They handled everything with the insurance company and kept me updated throughout the repair, and took the time to answer every question I had. The attention to detail here is on another level. Seriously. The truck honestly looks BETTER than it did when I bought it. The paint match is flawless, panel gaps are perfect, and every little detail was meticulously gone over. You can tell this shop takes real pride in their craftsmanship. Huge shoutout to Steven for spending so much time making sure the paint match and finish were absolutely perfect and obsessing over every small detail until it was

Really hard to overstate just how great Joe and the team at Fetzner have been to work with. My 2018 Model 3 had significant paint issues on the panels beneath both the driver and passenger doors, and I was having steering issues as well. Joe quickly assessed the situation, talked me through their approach to the paint issues, investigated and came up with a solution to the steering problem, and then communicated the entire way through the process as the work was done. They quoted a price and delivered. The work looks fantastic, too, and the car basically came back to me in a detailed state. This is the standard by which all other shops should be measured.

I’ve had work done by Fetzner twice, very pleased with both experiences. Butch is awesome to work with. The first time my car was hit i made the mistake of taking it the shop that the insurance told me to (Caliber Collision, stay away) and the car was returned to me with crazy body panel gaps, an awful paint job, and the wrong hardware, TWICE. Fetzner fixed all their mistakes and went the extra mile blending body panels with this tricky honda metallic grey. very impressed. The second time it was hit i knew exactly who to go to and had another great experience. Oem parts and professional clean expert work. I’m admittedly exceptionally picky, so I was even more impressed with how they handled some things i brought to their attention. The badges on the rear hatch were a little misplaced, and i had lost the security beeping function to a faulty or broken buzzer. when i called Butch to address it they had new badges and a new buzzer in and replaced them as soon as possible without question. Beyond that, when i noticed a rattle coming from a bolt in the undershield and couldn’t diagnose it myself , they were able to help me out with a fast fix. Very impressed with their service and w

From the first day of pulling into the parking lot to the day of pulling out of the parking lot I felt taken care of. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake,Butch was great with all my concerns and questions. Rose helped with paperwork and letting me know what my Insurance Company will expect from me. They had a quote for me in 2 days and an agreement with the Ins company 2 days after. When I picked up my car it looked brand new inside and out. They did an amazing job. I will definitely recommend Fetzner Collision for any type of job Thank you Jenine

I want to give a huge shout‑out to Joe and the entire team at Fetzner Collision Inc! Back in November, my Terrain was totaled when a garbage truck backed into it with us still inside!! Dealing with commercial insurance, negotiations, and all the stress that came with it was overwhelming to say the least but Fetzner Collision was the one part of the process that never added to the headache. “Above and beyond” doesn’t even begin to describe how incredible they were. From the moment the Terrain arrived to the moment it left on a flatbed after we sold the salvage, they were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely supportive. Their customer service is unmatched, and their guidance made a tough situation so much easier to navigate. If you ever find yourself needing collision repair or support after an accident, I recommend Fetzner Collision without hesitation. Joe and his team are the real deal.
